You must have right to create followup to reopen a ticket

CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6  - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version

Re: Glpi 9-2 Can't reopen tickets

It works on demo side but it is not intuitive.

I reopen 33407 on demo side.
Follow this steps:
Get a ticket in status closed
click on reopen
(now you are at processing tab)
click on followup
type something
click the yellow add button to save
(now the ticket is in processing status)

for end user this is a bad procedure because it it is not intuitive

You can mark this threat as [resolved] in subject of your threat. (This is only available edit of the first post.) It is good for users who help others to quickly see which post is still open.
