Hi All,
I have managed to get GLPI ver 0.84.8 installed and working on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
I am now trying to configure the AD connector and I can get it to carry out the test connection successfully but when I go to administration -> users ->LDAP Directory link -> Import new users. Leaving all fields blank I click search and it returns - No user to be imported. I have also tried by adding just a surname that I know exists and still it returns no user to be imported.
Setup as follows
Name : IT
Default Server : Yes
Active : Yes
Server : Servername.domain.domain
Port : 389
Connection filter :
BaseDN= OU=USERSOU,DC=Domain,DC=Domain
RootDN=userid@domain.domain
Any help appreciated.
Thanks

Hi Machadomall,
Thank you for the help, its really appreciated.
I changed the settings as per details below. The test connection still works but when I go to import new users it still returns no user to be imported and I know the user exists in AD.

Good Morning,
You can show us more evidence, with prints of your LDAP settings.
What is your Operating System?
