The watcher is not added, and not button New Ticket
GLPI 9.2
Centos 6.9
PHP 5.6
when upgrading from 8.5 to 9.0, the following happened:
The template specifies an watcher, when creating an ticket and selecting a category - the watcher does not appear. If you specify a group of watchers in the template, then everything works, but I do not need a group but a specific person. watch the video: https://youtu.be/buxuscnxWdI
when upgrading from 9,1,6 to 9.2, the following happened:
The button for creating an application from the user's card has disappeared

0.90 is to old to correct it.
For 9.2, the button appear if you have right to create ticket

0.90 is to old to correct it.
<---- now version 9.2 and the problem has remained.
For 9.2, the button appear if you have right to create ticket
<---- Tell me where to put these rights?
