Reduce "spam"

Good morning, I would like to ask for help, recently some users (requester) have complained about the volume of email that has received for each ticket, is there any way to reduce it?

Re: Reduce "spam"

You can define on what event a mail is going out.

For me I deactivate "update of an ticket". In notification you can define who get an ticket, too.
