How to send tickets in NOT RESOLVED LIST to specific technician

Hello all,
I would like to send specific tickets list to relative assigned technician, and not whole not-resolved tickets list to all techinicians. How can do this?
I curently run on GLPI 9.1.6 (soon will upgrade to 9.2).

I don't understand what you want to do.
How send the list?


CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x

With ALERT TICKETS NOT CLOSED I would like to send a not closed ticket list ONLY TO relative assigned technician recipients and not all technicians with "PROFILE: Technicians" tag. Hope this clearify what i wanted to say.

Alert notifications are global alerts for all item.
You can't do what you want

Many user of GLPI request feature to sent noticiation to technician assigned to ticket. It's there plan to add this function?
