Invalid use of session ID on new installation GLPI 9.2

Hi all, on new installation I have issue on login. When I enter correct credentials, I get error "Invalid use of session ID". When I use invalid credentials, I get error "Incorrect username or password" - this is OK. But why, on correct credentials I get error message?

Server Configuration
OS: Windows Server 2012 R2
Web Server: IIS
PHP: 7.1
Database: MySQL 5.7

When on other server with same configuration I install previous version of GLPI 9.1.6, all is fine.

PHP error log is empty. I use IIS on Windows Server.

Re: Invalid use of session ID on new installation GLPI 9.2

My web server is IIS on Windows Server, not Apache. IIS in Event Viewer does not have any issues.
I try downgrade PHP to 7.0 and 5.6, but problem is not resolved.
