Help with Rules

Good afternoon, I'd like some help from you regarding GLPI rules.

Is it possible to make when an official opens a call, and when he selects the category that called goes to an entity other than the parent and appears only in that entity? For example I have the category infrastructure and an entity called infrastructure. When I open a call to that category only whoever is in the infrastructure entity can see that call.

You must create a business rule on create ticket.
You can't change entity after creation by rule
