GLPI is deleting the emails

Good Morning.
I use the email configured in GLPI, and would like it not to delete the emails from my email server, how to configure this

You can set accepted and refused folder. If glpi creates a ticket the mail will be moved to the accepted folder

I have a german mailbox von (exchange 2016) but i have to use the english word for Posteingang (INBOX). My custom folder have english name. now it works for me.
I think you muss always add the "master" folder INBOX and then / and your Subfolder in your mailbox there the mail should be archived.
