No URL indicated on email notification - Approver

Hi,

Hi,

I'm having a problem when i receive a email notification on GLPI. There's no link in the URL. May i know what is the probable cause of this problem? This is happen in one user only. Other approver can receive the notification with URL.

Below is the sample email notification.

URL :  (NO URL)
Ticket: Description

Title : ...
Requesters : ...
Opening date :..
Closing date :
Request source :...

Assigned to technicians : ...
Status  : Processing (assigned)

Urgency : Medium
Impact : Medium
Priority : Medium

etc. etc.

If the problem is only for 1 user, i think the problem is in this user (rights?)
