Custom notification to status Pending
Hi,
GLPI system has a event called "ticket update" and this send notifications to all status changes. I'm trying to send a custom notification only when ticket status change from "Processing(assigned)" to "Pending". Anyone know how to do this? It is possible create a new event?

ticket update send a notification for any change of any field in a ticket.

Install "behaviors" plugin, then create new notification with "Change status" event. I think it's what you want.

This plugin allows to notify only change status and this is less than "ticket update".
I will use this method until a future version provide the creation of specific event.

In behaviors plugin i can add an event when the status of ticket is set to Pending.
