Plugin ITIL Services

Estimados, estoy instalando al plugin itil services en glpi 9.1.3 y aparece un error: "Cumple con CSRF" = NO.
Como puedo reparar este problema para usar este complemento?. Muchas Gracias

Hello,
I have this plugin installed but I do not know how it works. When I create an ITIL service and I link an element it does not allow me to add more elements. And if I try to erase it, it tells me that it fails by permissions. Is it normal behavior? how do I solve it?
Also in the requests I can not link an ITIL service.
Could you tell me how to do it?
