Topic: Can't understand how SLT to own actually works
So, I updated GLPI and what used to be a SLA field now is divided in two SLT fields. "To own" and "To resolve".
I undestand the behind it. But can't understand how it actually works in GLPI.
When I add a SLT to own option, after the ticket is created, another field appears: Approval. If I check this as approved, will the time to own stops and start the time to resolve that ticket?
Is there a complete documentation about these two new fields?
