Hi everyone,
I have in GLPI, one group called "IT" and other users within group (Helpdesk users).
I have 3 types of profiles:
*Admin IT
*Technical Helpdesk
*Technical IT.
In the itilcategories i have: tickets categories associated of one group (IT Group) and the others tickets category with no group.
the problem is: When the Admit IT profile should see group tickes (IT Group) but Admit IT see all tickets (IT tickets and Helpdesk tickets) when the option Home->Administration->Profiles->Tickets ->Assing is activated

If you can assign a ticket, you will see all groups that can be assign
