Topic: Problem by Solving the tickets by Technician
I have a problem. After upgrade from 0.90.x to 9.1.1 are automaticaly tickets closing by solving the tickets by Technician.
The process looks as follows:
1) The user enters new ticket
2) The technician takes it, chooses the "solution" option and stores the ticket
3) The system should change the status of the ticket to "resolved" - this will not happen and the status of the ticket is changed to "closed"
In version 0.90.x, the procedure worked so that after the ticket was resolved, the status of the ticket was resolved.
