Topic: Ticket View Restriction of Supervisor to their Group only
I created one entity with all users, technicians and supervisors. I also created few groups.
Ex: For electrical, UPS, Air Conditioners related problems (these are categories), auto assign of tickets to the respective technician based on the ticket category is done by using business rules. Upto this OK. This group have six technicians and all are in one group. The supervisor is also in this group.
But, I want the supervisor of electrical group (above group) can see the tickets of his own as well as the tickets assigned to all his technicians only, not the other group technicians.
Please help me how to do this.
