How to install plugin in glpi9.1.2

Hi everyone!

I download glpi's plugin ,unzip and copy it to C:\xampp\htdocs\glpi\plugins.after re-log in, there's nothing on plugin tab
Please suggest me

Sometimes I have downloaded plugins and they are in a folder with the 'version number' in it.

I have had to take the folder out of that folder and put in the 'files/_plugins' directory.

So the custom fields plugin is called 'fields' and should be in the following directory structure:
glpi\files\_plugins\fields

thanks for suggestion.
i can install the plugins now.but it hards to find a complatible with glpi9.1.2 . most of plugins are complat with the lower version sth.
