I'm system administrator. I searched for the settings affect these values in php.ini but not found.
I tried to install the "apcu-bc" extension but not turned out after sametime the appeared I don't know why!

I also don't understand how it optimize glpi and it is active - i see in glpi screen it is active but bad values.
there is a bug in until 9.1.2 i hop in 9.1.3 it will work.

This parameter opcache.memory_consumption=64 in php.ini for memory of PHP opcode cache.
/etc/php/7.0/fpm/conf.d/20-apcu.ini - apc.shm_size = "50M" for memory of user data cache

After all, it employs a total of 728.77 KB out of 50 MB

For memory it's rate from free and used.
For opcache uou have an alert if this rate is <6 or >76
For apcu memory, you have an alert if the rate is <6 or >49
