Number of messages: available=0, retrieved=0, refused=0, errors=0,

I just configures an receiver with outlook.office365.com account and it seems is connecting to the server but it always get
Number of messages: available=0, retrieved=0, refused=0, errors=0, blacklisted=0

any help or configuration to check ?

Also I configures an email account

I just got error when i try to coonect to it.
