Topic: Users may not see old tickets - how to?

We are looking for a way to avoid users to see old tickets even if they were requesters / watchers of these tickets.

We at the ICT dept would still have access to the old tickets.

How can we do this?

One way might be to define new profiles for those users within a new entity and take away the old profile. I am not yet sure if this is a good option.

Are there other ways to achieve this?
