Slow ticket creation

When a user post a new ticket this goes verry slow.

I allready found that the problem is with the notifications.
When i dissable notification creating a ticket goes verry fast.

Now the notification email adres is set with mailprotocol: smtp
When i change this to php glpi is not able to send mails

Our mails work through office365 but for glpi is stil using our local exchange server.

When i change this to php it doesn't work

But with snmp it does work but sending a mail takes 30 to 40 sec.

Would it work faster with php?
And if so how can i configure glpi so that php can send mails?

In these related post they say they solved it with postfix but i have no idea how to start with this?

Hello
In Administration -> Entities -> Notifications there's a field "Delay to send email notifications". Change to 1 or 2 minutes and check if the problem will be solved.
