[SOLVED]Rules stopped working

Hello, all!

I was creating some rules in GLPI to create a ticket. The first one that I created worked just fine. Now it doesn't work anymore, and news rules wont't work either, even though they work when I test them.

When I go to "create ticket", and try to make use of these rules, nothing happens...

check the order in which the rules need to run

The order is not the problem.
By the way, what is the difference between add and update action?

The problem was I thought the field would update automatically after change the field it was related. The thing is the change is only made after you create or update the ticket.
