Impact in Change ticket
Hi
Is it possible to have the impact , urgency and priority tab in change blank during the change creation

How to set it ?Uniyannick....When I create a change the default status on impact , urgency and priority tab is medium?I want those tabs blank at the creation of a new change.

You always have medium value for these 3 fields (like in ticket creation)
