Topic: Error importing email incidents
After upgrading to GLPI 9.1.2
User sends email from an address who's not registered on GLPI
Setup -> Receivers -> Email not imported
Appears the email
Select email -> Update -> Requester -> "Name of requester"
Import -> Entity "Desired one"
It gives an error,
First it says "Operation successful"
then.. "Email 3715a5dd23d5...@domain.com not found. Impossible import.
I already updated the email to the user.
And it's impossible to recovery the original mail.
