You can mark this threat as [resolved] in subject of your threat. (This is only available edit of the first post.) It is good for users who help others to quickly see which post is still open.

Hi ,
You can use "Additional fields" plugin and create a filed as duration so that you can add time to that.

Is this a new field ? Or can i select there the original one. (If i self create the ticket i can direct select the extimated time but if user create it it's another situation.
If i create a new field it don't work with standard views, reports etc.

It is new filed..(Through plugins)
As you said(I agree with you) when you select standard interface I can see the total duration for the requester.
But I can't see it at the end user (portal user screen) even though I have created a new template.
Seems it is bug where we can't select the total duration which was supplied along with the 9.1.2

I did a feature suggest, just vote for this if you read this threat and also want this feature.

You have total duration at the creation of the ticket to create and close it immediately.
In the other case, you create a task and add the real time in each task
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6 - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache

Yes, i know but not the same
We want Duration time on solution page. In the case if i don't create the ticket and so i can't change the total duration field which i have at the creation mask.
I could faster solve the ticket if it is a small one.

You can have a duration for a ticket, a task of a ticket. But for a solution the duration is the time between New status and Solved status
