title and assignment

Hello there,

I have 2 doubts:

1) Where the heck I can change the title page on 9.1.2 version? I mean the title of the page like <title> GLPI - balbalba </title>... ya know?

2) I want to automatically assign a ticket to the first "hotliner" who gives an answer to the ticket, excluding the need of the technician going there and assigning himself every single time he takes a ticket, OR, remove the "solution" button for the "hotliner" if the ticket isn't assigned to him...

Ah I found the answer for my first question:

inc > html.class.php > line 1109

echo "\n<html><head><title>GLPI - ".$title."</title>";

Change the GLPI before ".$title."

Please someone help me with the second question.

hi there,

it just blocks the "solution" of a ticket if there's no "technician", so it helped me since my problem was that supporters were closing the tickets without their names...
