Hello everyone! I am having a bit of trouble getting my users to be able to reopen tickets on GLPI 9.1.1.
When a ticket is closed and we click the "Reopen" button, next to the closed status information, the page reloads but the status remains unchanged. If the user adds a followup though, then the ticket goes back to processing.
The life cycles of the profile are
New -> New
Solved -> New, Solved and Closed
Closed -> New and Closed
Am I missing something?

In post-only you must add a followup to reopen the ticket
