Authorizations assignment rules

Hello,
I would like to ask if it would be possible to Authorizations assignment rules add to the event rule assignment "default entity".
GLPI use to support a very rich earthy organization that has several levels of support. It would greatly help this rule. I so users could keep in TOP entity (recursively) and assign default entity. Its demands would be available to the applicant in any entity will be addressed.

Thank you.

Re: Authorizations assignment rules

Default entity is only use at the connection for one user.

Re: Authorizations assignment rules

Hello, the essence of the problem is that I need to define rules using default entity. It is not currently possible. Now you can with the rule entity to allocate. But not define default. Thank you.

Re: Authorizations assignment rules

Default entity is not an entity for all user but only for one how has defined it in my settings.
So you can't have right based on default entity because rules are define for one global entity.

You have a user with 2 profiles on entity A and entity B. This user define entity A as default entity.
On entity B you must define a rule based on entity A? Illogic

Re: Authorizations assignment rules

Hello,

I do not know whether you fully understand. I have a few entities speed structure.

A
- B
-- C

User is located in an entity "A" recursively. Default entity, however, need to set a "C". This condition need to be adjusted automatically.
It is now possible to set automatic allocation of entity A, B, C, based on the rules.

Criteria:
Criterion - Condition - Reason
Category - contains - c

Actions:
Fields - Action type - Value
Entity - Assign - A> C
Profiles - Assign - Applicant
Recursive - Assign - Yes

More would suit the same way to enter:

Actions:
Fields - Action type - Value
Entity - Assign - A
Default Entity - Assign - C
Profiles - Assign - Applicant
Recursive - Assign - Yes

Thank you.

Re: Authorizations assignment rules

Business rules are for complete a ticket created on an entity, so you can't define an entity this them.

Re: Authorizations assignment rules

Hello, this is not a Business rules for tickets, but Authorizations assignment rules. You can set the allocation entity. One is about adding one condition to the rules. Thank you.
