Not able to assign Associated Elements to existing ticket

When creating a ticket, we must find the asset in the inventory and create the ticket from within the asset. If the ticket is created using assistance > create ticket or if updating an existing ticket, choosing the associated element will not work. It remains unassigned.

Re: Not able to assign Associated Elements to existing ticket

I think it's similar to this bug https://github.com/glpi-project/glpi/issues/1078
Or not...
You can't create a ticket from asset profile or you can't assign asset to already created ticket?

Re: Not able to assign Associated Elements to existing ticket

Yes, looks like you might be right. Doesn't seem like there's any resolution yet unfortunately...

This bug was when you create a ticket from the user form not from ticket menu

Re: Not able to assign Associated Elements to existing ticket

Updated to 9.1.2, the bug is still present. This is quite annoying, has anyone found any resolution?
