Mail to suppliers

hi, how are you.

I bother you this time because I am experimenting some problems with the emails notifications.
We want to asign tickets directly to suppliers. We configure the profile of each other and add the mail address of each one of them. However, they are not receiving any mail at all.

The host mail service are the mass http services (gmail, homtail, etc). Do exists any problems with that kind of hosts?? Do you have any reference of similar problems?

Thank you in advance for any kind of help!

Re: Mail to suppliers

Hi freewood. I already did that, and it isn´t any error. In fact, the mails notifications came without any problems to us (technicians, administrators, etc.), only doesn´t work with our suppliers mail address. I try put it in my personal mail (gmail) on the field of supplier´s mail and doesn´t work either.

Re: Mail to suppliers

Hmm... ok, check this:
Setup - Notifications - Notifications
Choose the natification you needed and view tab "Recipients". There should be "Supplier" in the list.

Re: Mail to suppliers

Ok, I will try, but, I have some doubt about that: if I set supplier as recipient of the new tickets, the supplier only gonna recieve the email when I add him to the ticket request or he gonna recieve all mail notifications of new tickets?

He will received all maisl for event defined: so new ticket for you.
So all new tickets will send a notification to the supplier if he is defined as actor in the ticket
