Set email to ticket group

I want to set the email to group. Because when a ticket raised in my scenario it default goes to a group called IT. I just want that when it landed to IT group it will send email to a specific id. Because group is just a group it does not contains email. So i want to add email id to that group. Please help me out in this.

glpi version ?
glpi does'nt notify groups but members of this group.

so either you add all it group users in this glpi group or :

you create a "U_pseudo-User" called ITgroup with this email add it in " G_IT group" as superviser and notifiy groupSupervisor.
