Auto assign ticket after post solution.

Hello

I'm using GLPI 0.90.1, everything is fine but I want to using it simpler...
Is there a way to auto assign user to ticket after post solution in Processing Ticket, my friends from my section is annoyed by doing to many actions when got many ticket to respond them

I'm not sure where the steps are ?
You can self assign a ticket with one click
Change view to processing ticket
post solution and the ticket change state automatically to solved

Maybe i explain it wrong.
My mates always using post solution in procesing ticket tab without assign to themself on first tab hmm
Our manager get angry at us because they posting solution without assigned person for this ticket (posting solution change ticket state to sloved but not assign to this ticket person who post a solution)
I don't know how to slove this problem hmm

HI,
behaviours plugins has a setting that can make  technician assign mandatory before solve/close ticket.


Trouver la panne avant de réparer...

this is not a solution, im also searching for a very simple feature which seems impossible in this tool - auto assign at any followup or solution.

There's no way to do what you want..

Use groups and assign possible technicians to it.
Create a template with pre-defined Technician Group to every new ticket created.

Technicians can also Associate themselves to any ticket if they want to (no necessary).

If your boss wants Statistics, can perform that by filtering by Technicians in tasks.

Unfortunately he is right, no solution for this, which should have been a implicit feature I believe, it is on any other platform, free or not.
