Tickets created with email lose image

When a user mails to our helpdesk they frequently add a screenshot.
When the mail is fetched it seem that it loses the image.

The image isn't even added as an attachement.
Is there a way in glpi to show these images?
Or add them as attachements.

Ok enable Rich text for helpdesk.

And it seems beter but now it shows a broken img link.
This is the link to the image.

I did alter a few things in the code to enable image pasting in the Knowledge base.

Maybe that has something to do with it
