Use of "Blacklisted mail content"

Are there any instructions on how to use the "Blacklisted mail Content" feature?
I try to remove email signatures and logos from incoming mails.

I noticed that I can enter a string and it will be removed from the email. But signatures usually contain variables (name, phone etc.), therefore a simple string compare doesn't work. I already tried to enter a Regex, but it was ignored by GLPI. Aren't they supported at this place?

How can I remove a multiline signature beginning with "Phone:" and ending with "Street"?
How an I remove a signature logo with file name image001.jpg?

Thanks
Daniel

No. I'm still hoping that someone replies to this post roll but I assume the developer of this function doesn't speak english or doesn't read the forum. wink I did a lot of testing and IMHO regex is not supported at this point.
I wonder how all the other users are using a complex system like GLPI without usefull documentation!?

There is another post regarding this (see id=147292).
As far as I undestand, you'll have to create filters for all the individual users signatures. Not verry usefull, if there are hundred of employees. wink

For older versions there was a plugin called "Ticket Cleaner" from Olivier Moron (tomolino?) supporting regex, see: http://plugins.glpi-project.org/#/plugin/ticketcleaner
According to post id=33195 the development has been stopped, because the function has been included in GLPI 0.85.3. But as far as I have tested this, it's not a 1:1 implementation...
The link to the old tracking System doesn't work, don't know if there was some more information on how to use it: https://forge.indepnet.net/issues/2807

Sorry
Daniel

I've found the tracking URL for this feature: https://forge.glpi-project.org/issues/2807. Unfortunately there are no additional information. sad
