[Resolved] Notification Email problem

Hello:

So, I have installed GLPI 0.90 on a CentOS 7 and have mostly got it working. However, I have a problem when a new incident is created via email. GLPI creates the task but doesn't send the notification email to the petitioner UNTIL the main page is loaded on another computer.

Allow me to explain:

-Petitioner sends an email to support@me.com to open an incident
-GLPI uses cron every 5 minutes to check the support@me.com mailbox
---here is where the issue arises---
-The notification email is not sent to petitioner, until I open a web browser and open the login page for GLPI. Once the page opens ALL notifications are sent and received. I don't even need to login to GLPI.

There is no problem in sending emails, it just doesn't do it unless I open the login page.

Anyone experienced this?

Re: [Resolved] Notification Email problem

With glpi mode you must have actions in glpi to activate the cron.
If you want regulare exécution use cli mode and create the corresponding cron

PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6  - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version

Re: [Resolved] Notification Email problem

Thank you! The problema was solved when I did this:

in "Configuration->Automatic Actions->queuedmail" set "execution mode" to "CLI" and the notifications work perfectly

Re: [Resolved] Notification Email problem

0.91.1 doesn't exist.
Have you create your cron in your server?
