Automatic Action -> Close Ticket in GLPI

Hi All:
Please I need to know how automatic action -> close ticket is working in GLPI. There are two modes (GLPI, CLI) how can i configure it. I already enable automatic closing of the ticket after 2 days in the Entity -> Assistance. If you can help me i'll be appreciated.

Thank you.

Re: Automatic Action -> Close Ticket in GLPI

Automatic task has 2 modes: glpi and cli.
In glpi mode you must have action in glpi to activate thé action.
In cli mode Hou must define a cron.
When your ticket is solved glpi look at the configuration of the entity to have the delay defined.
For you, 2 days after solved date ticket will be closed.

Re: Automatic Action -> Close Ticket in GLPI

Hi Yllen:
Thank you so much for your support. But it's still not working. I must click on execute button every time to make it run. Is there any way to make it automatically. I did what you said but it's not working until now. Is there any configuration or web service must be enabled to make it work.

Your automatic task is in CLI or GLPI mode?

Re: Automatic Action -> Close Ticket in GLPI

Hi, I'm trying to configure the "Automatic closing of solved tickets after 1 day"

I set Automatic Action "Close tickets" to run every 12 hours and Run mode "GLPI"

I have two tickets with status "solved"

My problem is that the Automatic Action never run and my tickets never are closed.
Could you guide me?
What is wrong with my configuration?
Why does not the task run and the tickets not closed?

Regards...
