I have a problem with the automatic actions, and specifically with "queuedmail" as when a user creates a ticket, the mail notification never arrive or arrive late as 24 hours. When I enter the Mail Queue is a list of the messages to be sent, and the only way to be sent is done manually, attached the current configuration I have.
The system is mounted on Xampp on a server with Windows Server 2008 R2.
GLPI Version: 0.90
Queuedmail settings:
Automatic action - ID 22
Name: queuedmail
Description: Send mail in queue
Frequency of execution: 1 minute
Status: Scheduled
Mode: GLPI
Timeframe: 0 -> 24
Number of days that this action logs are kept: 30
Maximum emails to send at once: 20

are you sure that problems occurs on ticket creation ?
ticket creation notifications don't use mail queue.
followups do.
can you confirm ?

Put automatic task in CLI mode and create the cron.
In GLPI mode you must have action in GLPI to send notification.

The problem is exactly the "queued mail" when a ticket is automatically created the task does not like this set, which means it does not get any notification by mail unless you manually empty the "queuedmail".

I do not have much knowledge until now I am implementing, and the problem is that is mounted on windows server, how do think the cron in Windows Server ?, and what is the cron ?.
