Post-only users add watchers simplified interface

Hi,

I just upgraded our GLPI to 0.85.4. Really love all the improvements from the old version we were using. I noticed in the simplified interface for post-only users, they now have a watcher field. We would like to implement this especially for tickets from HR so the managers can be copied on the tickets but the dropdown only has 1 user listed and there is no way for a post-only user to search for more users. I tried IE 11 and Chrome 44 so it doesn't appear to be a browser issue. I changed the post-only profile to use the standard interface and noticed that there is no + button to add watchers so I assume it is a permissions issue. I tried changing some permissions in the profile settings but can't seem to get it to work. If anyone can point me in the right direction on how to let post-only users add watchers, that would be greatly appreciated.

A post-only user can add as watcher members of his groups if he is delegatee of them.

Awesome. I setup a group to sync our Domain Users AD group and added our HR people as delegatees. Now they can select any employee to be a watcher. Also gave them the option to create tickets on behalf of others so HR can choose to add the hiring manager as a watcher or the requestor if they do not want email followups.
