Am tried enabling recursive option in authorization settings and still no luck. No ticket is visible to several admin logins. It was working earlier and all of a sudden it just stopped working.
Can someone help me out solve the issue please?

Thanks for your reply.
I do have the account running with admin right from root entity in recursive mode. Please remember the tickets are visible from few account running admin right. I do have about 10 technicians running with admin right and 2 out of the 10 can view tickets from their login.
I tried my account with admin rights from root entity in recursive mode and am unable to view tickets in queue.
Please help me out fix the issue.

I could see the tickets in global view on home page; its now showing up in personal view; if hit assistance-tickets- no tickets are visible. I believe someone could help me out at this point to see what is causing the issue. Thanks.
