Update tickets via email
I don't see any way for a person to update information on an existing ticket by email. They can create a new ticket by email, but not update and existing ticket by email. Is there any plan to add this functionality?
If it is already possible to update and I just don't see it, please tell me where I can find it.

I mean add a followup to the ticket. If the requester has more information to add to the ticket, they could send it as email.
