I would like to ask for help with rules on seeing tickets.
I Have tickets that are assign to Group A, but even group B can see them.
USER 1 is in group A with a special profile A.
USER 2 is in group B with a special profile B.
A ticket is created and is added to group A. But USER 2 also sees it, even if he is in Group B and is using profile B.

Update:ON
Create: ON
Delete: OFF
Purche:OFF
See Group Ticket: ON
See All Tickets: OFF
See Assigned: ON
Assign: ON
Steal: ON
Assigned Tickets: ON
Change the Priority: ON
Approve solution/ Reply survey (my ticket):ON
I dont understan if a user is under one group and profile, how can he see tickets that are not assigne to him and never was?
