]]>I am a little bit confused when attempting to set the default ticket view. I did save it and gave the name. The options I have when saving it are:
Name, Visibility, Entity, Child Entities & Do Count. Where is it that I would set this default view.
]]>I have recently updated my production box from 9.1.6 to 9.2.1 and now the default view when going to Assistance>Tickets is to organize tickets by Title instead of Last Update.
I notice that if I click the "blank" button next to the saved search star, it will once again organize tickets by name.
Is there a way to modify this within GLPI before I go digging into code?
