I just installed version 9.2.1 and tested the option to open a new ticket through a mails receiver. It's ok when the content of the email is just text, but when an image is included within the message (html format )the ticket is not built correctly.Do not get the image and weird characters are added at the end of the description.

I must also indicate that when there is a follow-up through an identical email, there are no problems. The text and the image are processed correctly.
